Final photos, videos, logos and advertisements should be provided a few days before the event whenever possible. That gives time to organize the playback, confirm the orientation, test the files and make reasonable adjustments before the equipment is installed at the venue.
Yes. Vertical LED screens and LED poster displays are especially practical for conferences, trade shows and multi-day programs because prepared content can run continuously and the displays can remain installed overnight when the venue provides an appropriate secure indoor environment.
Not for standard prepared playback. Corporate videos, graphics, schedules and other approved content can run from prepared media without relying on venue Wi-Fi. If the event needs a special live feed, streaming source or another playback method, that requirement should be reviewed separately.
The visual display and the audio system are planned separately. If a video includes sound, the audio should be connected through the DJ, sound system or another approved event-audio setup. This keeps the screen placement and sound coverage optimized for different parts of the room.
Yes, when the venue conditions, access and security allow it. A professionally installed LED tunnel can remain in place as a repeatable entrance for a conference, convention or activation and be powered on and off around the daily event schedule.
