A Branded Corporate Event Experience at Rosen Shingle Creek
In August 2026, Special Memories FL traveled to Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando for the Florida Realtors PAC Jamboree. The one-day rental focused on high-impact visual experiences that could carry the event branding across the ballroom without relying on generic décor alone.
The centerpiece was a 24 × 24 ft Pixel LED dance floor programmed with custom Florida Realtors / RPAC branding, event colors and a full U.S. flag visual. The programmable surface functioned as both a dance floor and a large digital branding element.
A five-row angled-square LED tunnel created an illuminated entrance, while 30 wireless LED uplights added coordinated color throughout the event space. Guests also had a premium Magic Mirror photo booth and a custom hologram experience featuring Florida Realtors leadership.
A compact 12 × 8 ft event stage completed the rental scope. Together, the installation shows how corporate event rentals can support branding, guest engagement and visual presentation at a major Orlando hotel venue.
