The magazine installation brought the runway-show identity into a dedicated guest photo experience, with event wording, organization branding and a full-size cover design.

The Fundraising Event

A Magazine Photo Experience at The Boca Raton

The Champions for Children Runway Show supporting Place of Hope took place at The Boca Raton in February 2026. Special Memories FL provided a customized Magazine Cover Booth for use throughout the event.

The front carried the runway-show name, 2026 date and event-specific cover wording. Its magazine format suited the fashion-show setting: guests could step into the cover and pose in their event attire.

The photographs show the booth inside an ornate interior, with a neutral rug in front and colored light inside the white structure. These images document both the completed setup and guests taking part in the experience.

The Cover Design

Event Identity Framing Every Pose

The cover placed the Champions for Children Runway Show title across the top. Smaller editorial-style details and the wording “Record-Breaking Looks, Record-Breaking Impact” carried the theme around the central posing area.

The physical frame created a magazine-style composition around guests dressed for the occasion. The booth’s white interior kept the cover readable against the detailed architecture and patterned flooring around it.

Fashion Meets Event Branding

A Cover Designed Around the Runway-Show Occasion

A fashion-focused celebration gives the magazine format a natural connection to the occasion. Guests arrive in event attire, and the physical cover creates a setting where their outfits become part of an editorial-style portrait. At Champions for Children, that connection was reinforced by the runway-show title and the custom wording on the front.

The design balanced organization and event identity with a large central posing area. The result was a photo setting that belonged to this particular celebration at The Boca Raton. The photographs show both the complete installation and the way attendees used the cover for pairs and group poses.

For a future nonprofit event, decide which message should lead the cover: the event name, the organization or a campaign theme. Sponsor recognition and supporting text can then be considered within the layout. Reviewing those priorities early helps keep the finished photo composition readable and focused on the occasion.

One photograph captures a small group inside the booth while another guest takes their picture on a phone. It shows the experience directly: a real magazine-style structure framing the group, with the event title above them.

The installation remained available for the event, giving attendees a place for individual, paired and group portraits. The custom cover connected those photo moments to the runway show’s identity.

Your Questions, Answered

Magazine Booth Questions for Fundraising Events

Is a magazine booth a good fit for a fundraising fashion show?

It can be a strong visual fit because guests pose inside a life-size magazine cover while wearing their event attire. The Champions for Children installation connected that format with runway-show branding at The Boca Raton. For your fundraiser, the cover can be designed around the occasion and organization while providing a dedicated guest photo opportunity.

Can the cover include our nonprofit and sponsor logos?

Yes. Organization branding, sponsor graphics and event wording can be incorporated into a custom cover. Share the approved artwork and any sponsor placement requirements before design begins. We recommend agreeing on a clear order of importance so the event title, logos and guest posing area work together in the final photograph.

How does a magazine booth differ from a step-and-repeat backdrop?

A step-and-repeat places repeating logos behind the guests. A magazine booth is a physical structure that frames them within a cover, using a title and editorial-style details around the posing area. Both can support an event’s branding; the magazine format offers a distinctive option for fashion-focused portraits and group photos.

Can guests take full-length outfit photos and group pictures?

Yes. The full-size magazine setting can be used for individual, paired and group portraits. Leave enough space in front for the camera to capture the desired composition, and position guests within the open center. For full-length outfit photographs, check that the frame includes shoes and that the cover lettering does not obscure faces.

Can we add a professional photographer and floral styling?

Yes. The Magazine Booth offers package options with a luxury floral interior and professional event photography. Multiple floral choices are available, and reflective spheres can also be discussed as an additional styling element. Share the event palette, portrait priorities and program with our team to plan a coordinated experience.

Can the magazine booth stay available throughout our fundraising event?

Coverage can be planned around your program; the Champions for Children rental was available throughout the event. Send the venue, event hours and setup requirements so the rental period can be confirmed. If you add professional photography, agree on that coverage schedule separately so it includes the moments most important to your organization.
