A Clean White Wedding Floor at the Center of a Jupiter Reception
This indoor wedding reception in Jupiter was designed around a clean, elegant centerpiece rather than a programmable floor. We installed a 24×24 glossy white dance floor using our oversized 4×4 modular panels, leaving the surface completely white without a monogram or vinyl design.
For this approximately 150-guest reception, the large white floor created a defined area for formal dances and the party later in the evening while still fitting naturally with the neutral wedding décor and warm room lighting.
Around the walls, 20 wireless LED uplights were set to amber. Guests also had a custom Magazine Cover Booth and a classic 360 video booth available for five hours.

Installation Is Only Part of the Final Look
A glossy white surface makes small details visible, so the setup is finished with a final cleaning before the event begins. This helps remove installation marks and leaves the white panels presentation-ready before formal dances, guest photos and reception lighting are added.
Because this floor is a static modular system rather than a programmable LED dance floor, it does not need a control station or an operator during the celebration. Once the installation is complete, the floor remains in place for the reception and is removed after the event.

The wedding's Magazine Cover Booth was customized with the couple's names and wedding-specific editorial headlines. The five-hour experience created a physical photo scene guests could step inside throughout the reception.

The White Floor Shifted from Formal Wedding Look to Active Dance Floor
Before guests entered, the white floor read as a clean architectural element in the reception room. Once the party started, that same neutral surface reflected the room lighting, DJ lighting and movement around the dance floor without competing with the wedding décor.

The wedding also included a regular 360 Photo Booth / 360 video booth for the full five-hour reception. Guests could step onto the platform while the camera rotated around them to create short digital video clips. The 360 experience supported the event without competing visually with the white dance floor or Magazine Cover Booth.
