Corporate Essentials includes a Premium iPad Photo Booth, 20 wireless LED uplights, and one 2.1×7 ft LED Poster Display. Signature upgrades the photo booth to a Premium Magic Mirror, increases the corporate lighting to 30 wireless LED uplights, then adds the Magazine Cover Booth Experience, one 4.2×7 ft vertical LED screen, a four-row LED entrance tunnel, and 4 hours of professional photography. Complete includes the Premium Magic Mirror, 30 wireless LED uplights, the Magazine Cover Booth Experience, and 4 hours of professional photography, then adds a custom 14×14 ft Pixel LED dance floor, two 4.2×7 ft vertical LED screens, 4 hours of DJ service, one professional female dancer, one LED Robot, and a premium holographic welcome experience. The LED entrance tunnel is not included with Complete.

The Magazine Cover Booth is a life-size magazine-style photo experience that creates a premium branded photo moment for employees, clients, VIP guests, and event attendees. The design can be customized with company logos, event graphics, campaign messaging, sponsor branding, and approved corporate visuals. It is included with both the Corporate Signature Experience and Complete Corporate Party Production.

Yes. The four-row LED entrance tunnel included with the Corporate Signature Experience can be coordinated with company colors, branded visuals, event graphics, and other approved content to create a premium arrival experience. It is not included with Complete Corporate Party Production.

Yes. Delivery, setup, and teardown are included with the corporate packages. Event logistics are coordinated around venue access, loading requirements, room layout, equipment placement, and the scheduled event timeline. Additional travel or production requirements may apply to qualifying events outside the primary South Florida service area.

Special Memories FL serves corporate events throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, the Treasure Coast, Naples, and surrounding South Florida areas. Common locations include Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach. Orlando and Central Florida are also available for select larger corporate events, multi-service bookings, brand activations, and full-production events.

Yes. Our team can coordinate venue access, equipment placement, power requirements, LED screen locations, entrance-tunnel placement, setup timing, and teardown with the company contact, event planner, or venue team.

A certificate of insurance can be provided when requested by the venue. Send the venue's exact insurance requirements and certificate-holder information early so the document can be prepared correctly.

Power requirements depend on the selected package and the combination of LED screens, lighting, photo booths, sound, LED dance floor, and other equipment. Before the event, the setup is reviewed around available outlets and venue electrical capacity.
